| I think the ghetto bird people were trying to sell one to the City of Hays, they were flying around Saturday night using the spotlight, etc... then they shut off the light and headed for the airport. | |

| has anybody heard how many dui's or how many citations were giving out during oktoberfest wkend...kinda curious as i have not seen nothing in the paper yet, or i've just missed it since our paper is not the greatest in this town | |
