Things we've overcome

not sure if this will be allowed,and if it's not I will understand. what obstacle or addiction has anyone overcome? myself,23 years sober and 40+ years drug free,with no regrets.

5 years free of chemical and alcohol dependency, just can't seem to shake the nicotine.

i guess after 16 yrs in a wheelchair i have overcome a lot...i've learned that i will not get hired in this F***ED up town...i have 2 boys...i run my house myself...i could keep going on & on...just as long as u don't compare me 2 the rest of the individuals in this town that are in a wheelchair, were good to go

i worked @ sykes for 3 yrs & have applied @ NEW 3 times & each time they told me that i'm not qualified enough to work out there...so they can kiss my wheelchair A**

they would never give me a definite answer...what do u expect from hays employers...it's probably cause i sit on my ass 24-7 & everybody else doesn't, even though they can sit on their ass for 8 hrs a day doing the same stuff
