| This is mostly non Hays drivers, but is it legal to do a U turn on Vine street at the Walmart turn? Every day I head North to Walmart and get in the left turn lane, someone does a U turn to head back South on Vine. Just curious as I don't recall there being any signs there and you would think it's illegal | |
