Aren't the guards supposed to watch inmates? And aren't they supposed to take away anything that the inmates could use to hang themselves?

That would include clothing. And having to see inmates naked, especially ones as ugly as Wichita prostitutes, would be cruel and unusual punishment for other inmates and guards alike.

Apparently the Wichita cops only arrest the skanky hookers then. Can't say I've seen anything I'd pay for.

I was unaware that there was such a thing as a "skanky" hooker. I suppose if you go slumming for your sexual needs that there probably is a little skank out there. My left hand is a little skanky, lol!!!! My right hand is a whole lotta skank. Ha! I wonder who programs the spell checker? They must not know about the word skank. Skank.
