I think it's just a puffing and beating of their chest in a bluff move. They know we can flatten their entire country if we are provoked.

if you're referring to the korean war, that was a conventional conflict. I would hope if we were hit by a nuke we would retaliate and annhialate the counrty that delivered the weapon on us..
of course with obama at the helm, he would want to try and negotiate with them
