Help!!!!I need a place to live!!

I cannot believe this.xxxxxxxxxx has decided to NOT renew my lease that ends on 4/30/08.ALWAYS paid rent on time,but I think I bitched one too many times about my shithole trailer mansion-(it's huge).Now we have 29 days to find a place AND move AND I have my beloved Buddy dog.What do I do???How do I find a place to live in this town when noone will accept pets??Even with a pet deposit,and I'd give a big one too-my dog is perfect .Does anyone know where I can get one of those rental people lists or know of anyone who has rentals?Money isn't really an issue,we just need it quick and doggie friendly.Thanks!!!

It's okay hun, the stress your under, no one said anything and it's taken care of.

Jaime and I use Nextech classifieds to search for rentals, not to bad a search engine for local rentals.

I'm sorry to hear about your dilemma. Too bad but you were probably complaining about issues that needed attention. Landlords seems to want only the rent money and never put back funds into their rental property when needed. I'm sure things will work out.

Were you given a reason?

I had a similar circumstance and was given the feeling I had more concern about the condition and repair of my apartment then the owner. I gave up and figured why should I care if he doesn't. It's just that I was raised to take care of and respect my property and belongings.

My suggestion is to watch the classifieds and hopefully you'll find a home to rent. You never know you might come across a landlord who's willing to bend for a reliable family with a perfect dog!

You might ck out at the park south of town, sometimes they have homes for rent / sale that you can get into really cheap. You know someone is moving away and just wants to get out from under the cost of owning 2 places. You might get something nice sized with take over their payments. Just a thought. I have a friend that is very well off that does not pay the high price of prty taxes for that is where he lives, very nice deal !

well,I have a good lead,a friend of mine who has lots of apts has a empty house his daughter owns,it's for sale and has been for a while- I talked to him today and he said he'd do like rent to own-what exactly does that mean,I know but not sure about all aspects-please educate me on this

I didn't read the whole thing, but the blog articles looked like they had some good points. worth looking at.

Depending on the person you will probabally end up spending way more than the house is worth, and you never own it till the end.
