Power Outage

It's that time again. There are some places in Hays that will experience a power outage tonight at 11:00 and will last for 2 to 3 hours. If this happened to you last summer and the year before that, it's going to happen again. Charge up those laptops, get out the candles and get out a bottle of wine. drunken

Power outages usually result in baby booms...... I wonder if this is a plot to manipulate population numbers to qualify for grant money????

If you listened the the ads Midwest has been running on the radio, it is to upgrade and/or replace some more of the equipment that was damaged in the fire down on the South side of town by the choo choo tracks that caught fire a couple of summers ago.

An area of from Eight street north to 20th and from Vine west to Main street. It will start around 11:00 and last for thre to four hours is what the ads said.

Nope, but they will raise your rates to pay for the stuff they are upgrading!

What about prorating the $13 we're charged just fo being an electrical customer?
